Re: How did you hear about Sportsmobile Forum?

I was about ready to pull the trigger on a Eurovan full camper, and when I went to test drive it, the engine was pathetic, and the ground clearance worse. I was looking for something to do an extended climbing trip with (12-18 months). I just happened on this site thru google searching for camper vans. I hated the roadtrek concept, but found sportsmobile to be exactly what I had been looking for. Now just waiting on the right one. Going to pic one up thursday (if everything is what it is described as). I have learned so much over the last few weeks reading tons of posts, current and older ones. I have gotten great ideas from the people here. I am so glad I changed my mind on the Eurovan and decided to pursue an SMB. It will definitely fit my lifestyle better.

I am working on a 2008 E250 RB and looking for seat swivels, a Google search lead me to your site. I wish I'd found it sooner.

Re: How did you hear about Sportsmobile Forum?

Found it by googling sportsmobile's for sale. My wife and I are looking to buy one or build our van into one that I can tow my rock crawler with and sleep in when I get there. We do that already but our conversion van is a luxo cruiser not a camper van. I came here to either find one I can afford or find how to build one I can afford. Name is John and will probably be very into this site for a while.

Re: How did you hear about Sportsmobile Forum?

Newbie here! I just pulled the trigger on an '05 Sportsmobile that is at the Indiana location. I unfortunately don't get to pick it up for a few more weeks, but I just wanted to say hello and thanks for all the info I have been reading. Once I get it home I'll post some pictures!

Just lucky I guess,
Sometimes living in the great outdoors here in Jackson Hole it's hard to get good info and this forum has been a blessing. From where to get Fudge in Hyder Ak to what shocks to us, I even bought my Van from a guy on the Forum you guys have been great.

Thanks to you all

Ron

I am interested in a Sprinter RV and like how you can design your own with Sportsmobile, so now I am on a fact finding mission before I take the plunge. I found your site right under Sportsmobile.com

Re: How did you hear about Sportsmobile Forum?

It's hard to beat their domain name in terms of ranking and they have a 20 year registration, which also increases the position. Still we're 2nd on merit, without any SEO tricks... it's probably possible, but what would be the point beyond trying to get them to hire me as their web guru?
