I weighed total, front and rear axles, plus each tire which told me I needed E rated tires.

8,600 lbs w/ half fuel and unpacked for travel,no h2o.
4180 lbs front axle.
4460 lbs rear axle.

Does anyone know the van weight prior to SMB's build-up? If they truly do not change the springs, there must be a big difference in the ride comfort.

Pat, I'm glad I've waited to deal with the springs b/c of all the extras I've added. My van was definitely lighter at delivery.

I probably won't add much more now so Devers can dial it in better. I just have to make the commitment to spend that much. Other than the shutter on washboard, my van rides and corners great. No sway or hitting the bump stop hard like so many complain about.

We just picked up the finished van from SMB Indy on Monday. We used it last summer with no interior, so I have weights from then also. It's an RB 50 basically, but no heat or AC. We have 2 batteries and a small refrigerator. Pictures later I hope.
