I contacted National Interstate on line. I ended up with a quote from Progressive provided by RV America Insurance Marketing. I'm unclear on the relationship but I presume National Interstate and RV America are affiliated brokerages.
I have a 2005 RB350 Quadvan with a an SMB Penthouse. No built in appliances.
I valued the van at $45k and they quoted me $500 per year for $250/$500/$100 limits, "agreed value" coverage for physical damage with a $500 deductible.
Rates will vary by where you live, how much you drive, your age, van value and limits of coverage. You don't have to prove the van's value ahead of time but would need all receipts to verify values after a loss. The policy also provides some additional extensions of coverage to appeal to Motorhome people.
It looks good and is $200 bucks cheaper than my current company.
I'm an Insurance Broker...I have a Progressive appointment...maybe I'll write my own policy!

Would someone like to go through all the insurance threads and collect some kind of summary or consensus for a sticky post? There have been more than a few rehashes and if someone volunteers to make a summary I'll sticky it for reference.

What are you after a write up? I never have found too many links here but listing them might help.
