I just bought an older (1994) SMB. I need to get insurance. Should I tell the agent its an RV, a Conversion Van, or just an E250 passenger van?
I thought about just getting liability insurance because of the age of the van, and the fact that it's not worth a whole lot.

If you can insure it as a RV, that's probably the cheapest route for the most coverage. There are usually specific requirements to register an SMB as an RV....read this thread.
