Larger Fuel Door Cover

In the Projects section, Jage talked about modifying his fuel door with a lock. We have dual gas tanks with both fillers mounted side by side in the standard fuel access "hole". Several times, we have gotten a gas nozzle stuck in the one of the fill spouts since one is slightly forward of the centerline of the door opening and the other slightly back. Once stuck, it takes 30 minutes of pulling, prying, etc. to get it out. I've looked at after-market fuel door covers but they are all are of the same general size and I need one larger so that both fill spouts can be accessed straight in rather than at an angle. Has anyone else run into this problem and solved it...?

This was an option with the Quigley 4WD conversion when we bought our van. We have a pair of 28 gallon tanks for a total of 56 gallons. The single 46-gallon tank is the only option with the SMB 4WD conversion...
