I am seeing a scary pattern here!
Besides studs, what other damage did your vehicle sustain? Any pics?
I am just settling with the shop insurance from when mine did the same thing. 99 miles after new tires put on.

No other damage at all thankfully. Maybe I was going slower than I thought. I had lungs replaced all around.

Wow let us know how things work out with insurance on something like that I am assuming they will not rebuild that at all.
I am terrified of getting into an accident with my van its like I will never be able to rebuild a new van with all the stuff I have done to my van in the last 10 years...
