I guess I get that. I mean, it's an unfair result, but the fault lies with the law. If the legislature wanted to include work done incorrectly, and not just fraud, they probably should have drafted the law that way. The court can only work with what they're given.

When I buy new tires or have them rotated at Tires Plus, they make me sign an agreement stating I will return in 100 miles to have the lug nuts tightened.
