Interesting, mine is an E250 RB with the 5.4, but I thought it was pretty much a standard build. As for build quality, I have no complaints at all. I've pounded the hell out of mine, and have never has so much as a loose screw or hinge. The cabinets are as sturdy as when they were built in 2001.
