Need 1/4" x 3 Fender Washer source

I can get these on eBay for $18 plus shipping, but I only need 3 and that's for a lot of 100.

Any ideas on where else I can buy these? Tried Grainger and Copper State Nut & Bolt locally.

Nice. I ordered some and it was $5 shipping, which you don't find out until ... well until you call and mention it wasn't on the invoice nor the website. If the ebay guy hadn't offered me some for free+shipping of $6 I'd probably do the $10 McMaster-Carr thing.

Ah, for a real old fashioned hardware store... sigh.
