About to buy a 2000 E-350 smb in CO and need a good rv shop/mech to do pre buy inspection, please this will be my 1st smb and I could use all the help I can get. Also could use any members opinion on boulder off road doing 4wd conversion on a 5.4 smb van already has 4.10 running 285/75 16

I will be guiding out of this rig (fly fishing),hunting, camping and it will be replacing my 2008 jeep jk as my daily driver. I was a little concern about the 5.4 but after reading some of the past threads I feel confident that it can handle the job

Not RV but they did an inspection for us on a Grand Cherokee and it was thorough and competent, they didn't pull any punches in favor of the "local" who had it for sale.

There is another thread about mechanics in the Denver/Boulder area that mention a few other places like boulder offroad. I have been going to Pellmans for years and have recommended them on the forum, all turned out to be positive experiences.
