Will those zip-ties near your batteries hold good enough?
I would think that normal operation and vibrations of your van would cause them to fail, (someday.)
I would replace those plastic zip-ties with some strong metal wire.
The zip ties only hold the handles down once the batteries are installed.
Greg, the photos aren't doing me any good. I can't really see what is going on. I've looked at all of them and all I can focus on is that sweet Dynatrack axle... can't seem to tear myself away and look at the batteries...
Jage, my batteries are mounted behind the rear diff in front of the XL storage and bolts between the frame. SMB made it to hold the battery boxes. Quite a bit of weight but now I feel like I have endless power. Before with the single battery I would run low if I used the heater all night and lights for 3 or so hours. We measured and found I had about 1 inch to spare to sneak in a second.
