You didn't even get a set of the light-up martini glasses?

Isn't it funny how when spending upwards of $100,000 a $15 hat makes such an impression? I have a couple of hats, but I'm not saying where I got them.

Clearly there's a ton of money to recoup via eBay if I ever decide to sell my SMB hats. Come on big money.

FWIW, I got two SMB (knit, beanie style) caps after we had Fresno do the Transfomer conversion.

I kept those and our cappuccino machine

Re: Now, a Word About Sportsmobile -The Company

Well, I had absolutely nothing but good things to say about SMB as a company. They've treated us great, fixed every problem we've ever had, shipped us items that were needed, etc. However, after hearing that we were screwed out of $15 hats (and the martini glases), it has me rethinking everything I previously believed. I think we need to warn all potentail buyers of this scam!

We have been very busy here at Sportsmobile recently, so I have not had the time to watch the forum as much as I like too. Thanks to all of the great customer referrals and Sportsmobile tours that you have all no doubt given during your adventures, business has been picking up as this economic recovery continues. I really can't thank you all enough!

I gotta even thank you too Rob or...."Bill Wilson" We all need a good laugh from time to time!

Alan doesn't monitor the forum...if you need to get in touch with him, his e-mail hasn't changed either. I am sure your e-mail hasn't changed even though your name on the forum has. Alan is still waiting to hear back from you after personally driving to San Diego to check out your "issues". a.feld@sportsmobile.com

I absolutely in no way want to discourage anyone from posting anything on this site...positive or negative.

That being said, I couldn't resist calling out someone posting ridiculous "smack talk" all from a fake name.

Jonny
In all seriousness, hats excepted, it seems pretty ridiculous to "call out" a (I'm sure former) customer like this, regardless of the circumstances. What happened to "the customer is always right"? In this day and age especially, where everyone has a forum on the internet, it is unwise to get into a fight with an ink factory, as they say.

Re: Now, a Word About Sportsmobile -The Company

There is a lot of history with the "Bill Wilson" story. Important to SMB and "Bill" but irrelevant to the rest of us (AFAIK) even those who know "Bill."

I guess we have had our fun on this thread. Maybe time to move on.

Regards,

Keith

Keith-

My mistake. I was only commenting on that one post. I'm sorry to have been a wet blanket. I'm enjoying the stuff on hats, etc., even though I am bitter not to have received any!

Best-
Steve

Steve....You're totally right. I don't want to start a fight or anything, I was just having a little fun with the guy. I'm sorry if I was outta line.

All The Best!

No biggie. I haven't had my meds yet today. What I said needed more smilies and less judgement on my part.

Now what was that about a cappuccino machine?

Regards,

Keith
