Off-Road Mud Tires

As much as I enjoy casual drive and road trips, I would like to involve myself more in an outdoor activity such as off-road driving. I've been saving a lot of money these past months so I could buy items I need to customize our pickup truck.

Recently I got a new suspension lift kit but I haven't decided which tires should I get stuck between Goodyear wrangler and Nitto tires https://carpassionate.com/best-mud-tires/

Got any suggestions?

Some questions:

Pickup or van? Weight in back of pickup?
How far are you on road driving to your off-road areas?
What terrain (rocks, gravel, loose dirt, mud, sand, snow) are you anticipating?
What traction configuration? 4x4, low gear, locker, lsd, winch?
Max size on tires to clear fenders?

Answers to those might help determine suggestions.

I just put Yokohama Mud Terrain on my jeep and I'm super happy with them. My tire guy said that his boss has the mud terrain on his daily driver (ford superduty) and gets great life out of them. They are not loud at all! I can't tell the difference on road between them and my BFG AT
