Penthouse weight

I plan to carry six pedal bikes, 4 kayaks and 4 surf boards on the roof of the PH.

How much weight can be lifted on the rood with the manual PH top?

Will I have to remove the gear to lift the PH?

Your feedback is much appreciated.

Plan to carry or plan to fit?

You should contact SMB, I'm sure they have the best info on extreme loading...

I believe it is 300lbs for the Electric PH top, I think the springs could be adjust on the Manual top to about 75 – 80lbs, without removing what was on the roof rack. But that was over 4 years ago that I asked that question.
