I can't say enough about the service I have received at Sportsmobile in Indiana. This is my second Sportsmobile. I was in the market for another one as the first one was 11 years old. I had many more options this time from Roadtrek to many others. I went back to Sportsmobile because of the customer service. Jimmy, Nancy, Don and Chad are true service orientated folks. I had an issue this past week and drove there. Chad fixed my issue and checked out everything to make sure all was working properly. One cannot put a price on customer service. I am a true fan of this well run organization. Hand craftsmanship not a factory line. I love my Sprinter.

That is a common opinion about SMB Indiana. Small shop, big on customer service. And the ordering and pre-delivery service was equally good. And later:

A couple years after they built my van, I took it in for a repair. One of the guys spent half a day working on my van and totally took care of my problem.
