To my non-expert eye, I'd say it was a rollover. Odd that the PH looks intact, other than being shoved forward at least a foot or so. But then again, we can't see the top of the PH.
A body shop guy once told me that almost anything could be made drivable again after an accident, given enough time and money. This one looks like it would take way too much of both to be worthwhile. Again, I am not an expert.
Maybe the engine and tranny could be salvaged, along with some interior bits if it hasn't sat out in the weather for months.
Looking again at the pictures, I appears to me that the entire box structure of the body is twisted somewhat.
