Length for garaging is critical. With Aluminess bumper & tire swingaway, can anyone tell me how far the tire will extend past the bumper. I would like to also mount a small cargo box on the passenger side swingaway, but if I do, it will likely have to be removed for garaging. Can anyone advise me how far the small cargo box extends past the edge of the bumper? Is it a big deal to remove and re-mount the cargo box? I have the length of the van with the rear aluminess bumper.
May have to go with an RB rather than the EB that is preferred.
Thanks, Wayne
If I had to make that choice, I would go with the EB and no box. You will gain more storage space with the extra 18" in the van than you will with the box.

Unless you're looking to store specific items outside the van (fuel, generator,...).
