Power Sliding door

Think I know the answer but thought I'd throw it out to those with a deeper knowledge than I. The Econoline has been out so long, any chance an aftermarket company, or Ford, ever made a power mechanism for a slider door? Minivans have had them for years now.

I found a van that's 99.8% what we're looking for. The .2% being the slider door. Having read the many discussions here on barn vs slider, I agree that barn doors are the way to go but would be OK with a slider if a power mechanism could be installed. LOL, the comment that brought it home was when someone said a slider con was you need to get a running start to close the slider when parked on an uphill. LOL. So true.
