Re: Question about switch on dash
It looks just like my Hidden Radar switch and I can even see the led buttons just below the Instrument Cluster on the Right. There is an Off, Center , and City and Highway positions. I think the Amber light is city and Green highway The leds will light up and chirp when signal is received. I've learn to trust mine. If nothing else it fun to see who is the first to spot it. Also goes off with automatic Doors and Gates. Center knob is volume.

Re: Question about switch on dash
Gentlemen,
Where is that doggone water Tank Valve that the manual says to open for filling the water tank ?
I see the pump switch, drain cocks, heat exchanger and all that...

Re: Question about switch on dash
Mine is a grey 1/4 turn valve located just above and to the right of the water tank. Your floorplan and valve location may vary.
If you get the water hose ready (rinse it for 5 minutes prior to use), connect it to the outside fill port, turn on the water then go in and turn on the valve and you will hear the water rush in.
Another way to find the valve is turn on the water pump (this only works if you have water in the tank) with faucets shut. When you open the fill valve the pump will come on the pump water from the water tank, into the water tank. Which is what happens everytime I forget to shut the valve after filling the tank.

Re: Question about switch on dash
Mine is (was) a grey plastic valve knob, 1/4 or 1/2 turn, can't recall. It should be between your tank and pump.

Re: Question about switch on dash
Ok,
here's the Transformer-build setup, for the crowd no doubt chomping at the monitor, awaiting resolution:
No handy little valve.
The potable H2O tank, cleverly hidden behind the inverter, can only be filled by means of an un-handy section of food grade garden hose stuffed down the vent port on the sink/counter top.
Doesn't really rate a picture...

Re: Question about switch on dash
I hate to say it, but that doesn't sound sanitary. Or is the vent pipe well sealed, or can bugs, etc. get into the water tank?

Re: Question about switch on dash
The cap on the vent pipe is also a spring loaded relief valve, so it seals.
We still draw our water with a hand pump and pail here at the double-wide, so the camper is high tech.
