Rear door weatherstrip

Didn't I see a thread on here about fixing the leaking back door weatherstrip by inserting something in the old weatherstrip?

I did this on my Excursion and it definitely makes a difference. I used silicone tubing, which worked great, but silicone is sticky so it picks up dirt if you let it drag on the ground if you're not careful as you install it.
