Rear Tire Joey Pak(Not sure of name)

I purchased a very functional rear tire cover with great extra storage pockets a few years ago . Bill Burke was showing the cover at a SMB rally near Durango CO. I think it was called a Joey Pak. Attempts to contact Burke have not worked. Can't find the unit on internet. Anyone have know it and have a source? Wayne

Here you go. Have had one on my Bronco for years, which by the way, I got after seeing Bill Burke's.

That's pretty cool! I might grab one of those. Not a bad price for what it is, either.

^^^ ha! thats exactly what i was thinking. except, the tan one would look the same after a few miles on a dirt road whereas the black one would look dirty, lol.

i will own one of these, but need to get spare in place first

Re: Rear Tire Joey Pak(Not sure of name)

Just be aware that the black ones fade fairly quickly. Mine went from new to dull gray in the 6 weeks it spent in the great Southwest.

The good news is, it doesn't shout "brand-new camping gear" anymore. We use ours almost exclusively for dirty laundry. Many uses from this well-thought-out gear.

Lastly, they are waaaay handy for the $. Will replace when this one fails... I fully intend to wear it out.

I personally think that the folks at Trasharoo should give Jage one for Christmas.

That's a great idea Marc! I've been thinking of getting one but was trying to think of something not so heavy but bulky to use it for. Dirty laundry is perfect. That actually takes up a ton of space in our van after a few days out.

Sold.

I have one of these on my Discovery. It's great for recovery gear, gloves, straps. For trash, cans, etc., I prefer the Trasharoo though.
