Re: Renting a SMB in May?

Driving would be a big issue as my friend Bryan let his buddy take his car to the airport as a favor. His buddy got in an accident and totaled the car. Even though Bryan wasn't driving his insurance was completely responsible for the car and his rates went way up. The insurance stays with the car no matter who is driving. This was also confirmed with my insurance agent.

Re: Renting a SMB in May?

One other thought about driving. Our insurance only provides coverage on the van when loaned/rented to others if the "others" are family members. No coverage at all if the other user is not a family member.
