07 E-350 has high back seats but looking for a "slipover" pillow type headrest so the seatback doesn't have to be so upright when driving to give relieve neck strain. I have searched accessories co's but no luck. Anyone done this type of thing?
Not slipover but REI has a couple styles of self inflating camping pillows that I use for my back, they're good sizes and roll up to a coke can size when not in use.
