Jage,

Did you ever install this? Any issues with your Avatal?

Herb
Got mine for $49 + $10 shipping, and installed it today. Already love it.

Hi Geoffff,
Is this keypad remote, with no wires? Might be a dumb question sorry. If not how did you figure the plug in? My 250 has a electric lock switch inside the back door. Was it plug and play. Looking on Ebay, just found the factory one.
Thank you, Joe Futrmobl

Yes, no wires! Battery. Stick-on anywhere. It's a learning remote control. Works pretty much like the remote on your keychain - except this one requires a code to trigger.

Good morning Geoffff
Thank you very much for your help. Found a unit on Amazon.
I have a factory unit on my F-350 and it is so nice not having to carry keys or worry about being locked out. A friend of mine had the same unit on his truck one day I saw him press the last two buttons and it locked his truck. I use this all the time.
Merry Christmas,
Joe Futrmobl

Thank you everyone again for being so cool, sharing your experiences and advice, greatly appreciated.
