I had a few simple questions about my 2005 SMB 4X4, so I went to the SMB website, clicked on "contact us" and fired off an e-mail. The next day I had a phone call, not an e-mail reply, but a phone call from Heber Ramirez, the guy in charge of the 4X4 conversions at SMB West, with the answers to my questions. That's what I call service!

Prior to the economy being like this, SMB West has ALWAYS given great service to new owners, used owners, and SMB enthusiast. All of the SMB crew are always very helpful on any situations. Peter, Jonathan, Jeff, Greg , and the rest of the crew from the Front office to the service crew are awesome to speak to. We hope SMB West will punch through these tough economic times, because we would love to order our 2nd SMB in the distant future.
