Sparks from ebpv? Urgent

Hello been having a no start for sometime.
2001 e350 7.3 500,000 miles ex ambulance
Rebuilt fuel bowl o rings after diesel leak.
Replaced passenger fuel line and new fpr.
Changed coolant new air and fuel filter.
Ran about 50 miles. One day went into reverse and stalled/ loss of power . Went to drive and died. 2-3 weeks ago.
Cranks but no start. At first was getting smoke from driver side up pipe to turbo but could of been oil burning off.
No smoke from tailpipe when cranking.
Tried unplugging ebp sensor . Still no start.
Charged batteries. Tried unplugging ipr still no start. Also getting rpm
Hpop is full. Fuel pump works.
Saw a spark come out of wire while tampering with a bare wire while key was on . Blew fuse 22 and fuse 8.
Unbolted ebp sensor to clean ebp tube. Getting sparks when moving ebp line?
Don’t know what’s causing the ebp line to short? Any suggestions?
Only codes where aih ebp at first. Need to check again.
Don’t want to replace cps since getting some rpm but maybe possible short to cps?
Also don’t know what sensor this is but is bare?

Turns out the ebp line was hitting my second alternator... would’ve disconnected the top part of the line first but the bottom was easier to get to.

Glad you got it figured out. Sounded like a very strange situation.

Nope . Haha. Just figured out why every time I moved that ebp tube I was throwing sparks ? Ended up just not being able to snake it out and tried to run weed eater line and some cable then welding wire through it with brake cleaner while it was still just laying under the hood.
So once this ebp line is back on. Taking French fry break . I’ll replace the belt . ( broke the old while cranking over and giving gas while it was somewhat off.
So put line back on. Put belt on. Try to crank. Then look for ipr brass nut on hpop . Couldn’t find it earlier.
If it still doesn’t start I’m not to sure about what I’m going to do.... really don’t want to tow it into a shop. But it’s been rough trying to get ahold of a mobile mechanic to get out here...
also cleaned up the ground on the battery . Will see what happens

Was very weird. Ended up getting shocked. Couldn’t understand how electricity was getting to the line but should’ve broke the ebp from the top first them the bottom. That way I wasn’t tapping the line on the other alternator. Also disconnect both batteries!

Alright so almost impossible to try and put ebp tube back on. Both of the 5/8 nuts or brass caps on the end will not turn to thread on...
looking at deleting tube and plugging exhaust manifold or either tying tube into map??? Don’t know what map is? Either way can’t really get tune back on? Anyone have experience in removing the tube completely and what’s the effects?
