Turn on my rear Rigid flood lights. Just kidding, that would be illegal.

Ignore them mostly and give myself plenty of room to stop in case the vehicle in front of me suddenly slows.

a last resort of returning the assholery is when pulling over do so real slow and ride 2 wheels across the fogline but take your time. the entire time youve got 2 wheels over there, your hucking rocks and all the crap that builds up on the side of the road. nothing says thanks for being a dick and riding my ass like peppering the jerks car

So in my gen 1 dodge cummins tuned a little if I boog down the motor by improper shift it lays a nice black coal smoke cloud. They usually back off or pass quickly and give me the nasty stare.

I just keep driving whatever speed I feel comfortable with and laugh as they keep swerving to the left and trying to look around me to see whats going on. Then they usually see me laughing in my rear view as I point it out to my wife, so of course she turns around to see and its all just fun and games.

The best time I've had was with a lady that was upset about something stupid and laid on her horn as we pulled away from a light, so I started honking like a little kid playing games and as she passed me she gave me the bird. The best part was having to stop right next to me at the next light and she wouldn't even look over.

Last week a tailgater tested my bumper, guess who won?

Sadly she did... She hit me so hard it sent me into the car in front and slightly ruined that hatch n bumper.

I tend to be fair and will do my best to help them pass me but...

I'm pretty unreasonable if they are cocky or ignorent. I wired my 4 led backup lights so they can be turned on while driving (officially to be used at campsite). One blast is all it takes to get rid of them.

I know, it can get me in trouble but we only live once

I usually stay the course. Any rash behavior may result in a case of road rage, or an accident. I can barely see out by back window, so it's easy to ignore the tool. If I'm going up the mountain, and there is a line of vehicles, I'll pull off if it's safe and prudent. What really pisses me off are the idiots that are passing on a two lane highway, either oncoming in my lane or squeezing me off the road to avoid oncoming traffic. 89a north is really bad for that, and I've witnessed too many unfortunate results from people in too much of a damn hurry. You won't ever get there if you're dead. The Indian reservation has really dumb drivers. I was traveling through Monument valley last year, and I was approaching a really slow Ford Ranger. I put my turn signal on to pass them, and they suddenly took a left onto a dirt road. No signal. If I wasn't paying that little bit of attention I would have t-boned the dumb ass right in the drivers door, and probably knocked his head off down the road.

I yield to faster traffic. That's just common sense and courtesy.
I have absolutely no right to hold up traffic because Im not a cop.
In Europe the fine for impeding traffic is much higher than the fine for speeding. If you fail to yield to faster traffic in the left lane it is typically a $500EU fine. I like their driving laws.

Amen. Tailgaters don't bother me because their lights are so far below my mirrors that they just kinda disappear back there; the closer they get, the less I see them. The merge in front half-a-car-length from my front bumper seems to strangely make my floodlights come on...

I never said I don't yield to faster traffic or drive in the left lane going slow, but what about the jerk on your bumper who won't pass when there are two other lanes on my left? Or the one who, despite my moving as far right as possible when it's safe to pass on a winding one lane road but won't pass and insists on being so close I can't see the front of his car? Those are the people I"m most annoyed with.
