Thumbs up on Aluminess

I gushed previously over the service I got from our van dealer (Fritts, Riverside CA); here's another kudo for above-the-call service. I'm sure for many of you I'm wasting my keystrokes here, as Aluminess seems to be a go-to supplier for 4x4 vans.


Travis and Dave did a great job on our tire carrier at a great price with no charge for the installation. Plus...

We have the stock slimline bumper with stock reverse sensors. The mounted 33" spare tripped the sensors (in either carrier plate orientation), so the guys relocated the two sensors nearest the tire to a point several inches down from their original location. This took some fussing with three of us at times working to figure out the range and sensitivity of the sensors. Travis and Dave were on it, and in a short time had the work done. Gratis again. I plugged the old holes with chrome drain plugs from Home Depot which worked as well as could be expected. (I'll post a photo when I can.)

A great vendor experience...we were really taken care of. Thanks, Dave, Travis and Aluminess!

I had a similar excellent experience with the boys at Aluminess. When I showed up to pick up my custome swing arm / bike rack, they mounted it for me, moved the box over to the new swing arm, welded a third pivot point to the bumper and I was on my way.

They were all excellent to work with!

LOL I have a big install coming up soon and with all this bragging my expectations are starting to grow.........

seriously though I am positive this is a business that knows what customer satisfaction/service is all about.

They have met all expectations for me...............so far, hehe!!
