Tires and wheels

I have a 2010 ford e 250 smb 2wd RB with stock rims and tires. Would like to upgrade to a black wheel either alloy or steel and larger tire. Not going to 4wd any time soon. Any suggestions?

I have Mickey Thompson 17 inch rims & Cooper Discoverer tires ST Maxx 285 x 70 x 17.
Really pleased, even have them on my Trailer.
Nice block pattern with kevlar, not too agressive pattern, very little noise.

You can check his gallery, nice pics there. BUT 285/70-17's fitting on a stock height 2wd van? i don't believe they fit. Pretty much 265/75-16 is best you will get in the wheel wells.

I am very interested in the opinion of others, I might be wrong?

I have 265/70R17s up front, and the just barely fit without rubbing (actually, they do rub the radius arms are full lock). I have upsized front springs which effectively lifted the front about 1.5". Larger might fit with some trimming of the bumper and body piece next to the doors.

Whatever rim you go for, pick something with smooth surface and curves that easy to wash in between their gaps. Some are very fiddly to clean.

Very important! I'm really happy with my Eagle Alloys 100's. I have Cooper Discoverer AT2's. Not sure if they are made in a 265. My van is a 5" or so lift in this pic with 285's.

Have a 2011 e350. Not 4wd and don't plan on going 4x4. Am going to buy ATX mojave 17 inch wheels. But was wondering if or what offset would be correct on my van. The atx are 0 offset. Trying to see what stock is.
