No additional a/c. It's got a fantastic fan and he says he'll run the engine if he really needs ac during the day. If it's too hot to sleep w/o ac, he'll get a hotel room. It'll mostly be used in the mountains and desert, where it cools off at night.

It does have a couple of roof mounted solar panels.

Thanks for update. That's the beauty of SMB in my opinion -- they'll build a truly custom conversion based on the owners' specific needs, even if it's not for everyone. For the majority whose needs fall in the middle of the bell curve there are plenty of standard plans, from SMB and others.
