Re: Voyager Tops?

Eric, that looks awesome.

I've been in touch with Fiberine. Since they're in SoCal, I asked for recs of NorCal places that were authorized installers.

We've found one we like, and we sent in our deposit last Saturday...they called today, and it's ordered. We're getting the 24" top like yours, with reinforcement and insulation, and the glossy white interior.

Our shop is also adding window sliders - about 11"x48" in dimension. We're adding a Fantastic Breeze fan as a 12V option too, in a non-permanent installation.

Yay! Can't wait!

Sandi

Voyager Tops?

Sandi, can you five the name of the shop you are using in San Jose? I will be in the market for a top soon and would like to have it done locally. Thanks!

Sure! We saw two places in San Jose - Personalized Vans with Gary Miller, and Happy Vans, with Jose and Jesse Fernandez.

We chose Happy Vans - to my eye, the interiors were more polished (although they did have a cabinet installed where the wood was slightly splintered due to a dull blade, which Dave would NOT have accepted).

They do high tops, carpet, flooring, paneling, custom headliners, drapes, racks, ladders, AC and lighting, fridges, inverters, battery boxes, windows, alarms, etc.

Don't try email - they never responded.
