What is this part sticking out the side of a '79 Santana

It's white plastic and leaking red fluid. I assume it's a valve but is broken. Is there a generic replacement part?

My old camper had a valve like that. It had a handle on top you turned to get some water while outside. Looks like your valve handle is broken off. We had that happen once and replaced the valve. Any camper supply place should have the valve.

If that really is a water tap, I don't know what the red could be and I'd worry about the water inside.

It could be if you added it to the water system.

I've never used it myself.

And, if it RV antifreeze, all you need to do is to replace the valve and flush the water tank.
