So when I get the SMB appraised through the bank for a loan it comes up a lot less that the market price. Is there a good lender out there that understands that a newer used SMB is worth more than $9600?

We just bought our used $45k SMB in august and we went through State Farm bank. We also used them for our used Adventure trailer previously. They do well for us. PM me if you want our loan officer. He's awesome.

My financing was through GEMB lending. SMB Indiana set it up. They also said that as of the end of June 2008 GEMB was going to stop financing RV's. I actually had to sign on the dotted line a month before I picked up my van or I wouldn't have been able to use them before they "closed up shop."
So apparently they would NOT finance a SMB anymore. If that info was correct. Good Sam Club's financers DID offer to finance me but I still went with GEMB cause the rates were the same and I was already "done' with the paperwork with GEMB.
