Which product to seal crack in roof?

Found this crack in the roof, under the penthouse.

I don’t plan to do any welding or patching. Just stop drill and apply sealant.

What’s the recommended product to apply to seal it to prevent water intrusion and further corrosion?

Yikes…..maybe try JB Weld 2 part epoxy, thoroughly clean the area first

Went through the same heartbreak. I used a riveted patch panel to fix mine. See the link above.

If you just want to seal it, clean well and apply some 3M 5200. Be aware though that the stuff is nearly impossible to remove once cured but it will seal it up for sure.

I had the same crack in my roof. I also had a lot of rust where the penthouse top rubbed away the paint on the roof. Looks like you are having a similar issue. I would protect all the bare metal surfaces ASAP to prevent rust. I ended up having my whole roof replaced to deal with these issues. That crack is for sure taking on water.
