Picture 12 of 12 from Album 2016 MB Sprinter DIY Conversion
Camped at 12,600 feet above Sea level at Tioga Pass, June 2018.

Roof rack is DIY fabricated using my previous construction business metal conduits, modular design of the roof rack allows for one person roof mounting and assembly. There is plenty of room for extra camping tents, shovel, traction, jacks, even extra fuel tanks on the roof. Adjustable angle rear PV panel mount provided additional cover to the Maxxair fan.

The best thing about this build is the use of my retirement days in the most challenging, yet relaxing & rewarding way. Not only the huge cost savings over paying a shop to do it, but the flexibility and creativity which made me a hero to my wife & grandkids.
