    Hey Bruce,

Thank's for getting back to me I really appreciate it.I'm glad to hear your van is still running strong they sure are awesome vehicle's. It looks like you have been to some amazing places in yours I'm looking forward to getting out there and exploring. If you ever have any questions about bullet proofing I would be happy to share with you what I ended up doing.Safe travels.
    Cheers

    Hey Tarn,

I just encountered this message now (02/28). Very sorry for the late reply.

Here is my one weak experience with my 2007 6.0L PSD:

The motor worked well up until 55K miles. At 55K miles my van died on an on-ramp a mile from my home and would not restart. Fast forward a few months and a fair amount of me diagnosing the issue on my own I found an issue with the IPR valve. Part of the IPR screen broke and got wedged in the IPR valve body. I purchased and installed the new valve cleaned and cleared the old valve for backup. I don't know why the screen failed... which will forever make me concerned with reliability (as well as carry more tools + spares than I care to admit). Since my fix, the motor has run fine (now at 60K miles). I have read enough info on the Internet to know that bulletproofing would help proactively make weak points stronger... but I don't have the resources needed for that investment today. Perhaps someday.

    Thanks,
    ---Bruce---

    Hey Twolost,
I was hoping maybe you would be ok sharing with me a little bit about how the 6.0L has held up for you. I recently purchased a 2007 sportsmobile with the 6.0L under the hood it only had 46.000 miles on it. Two weeks after purchasing it I had to do major work to the motor. I ended up Bulletproofing it but I am still nerves about it, have you had to do any such work to your van. The van is similar to your's it's got all the good stuff on it.
    Thanks
    Tarn,
