I did the one on my 1991 Ford SB in similar fashion. Came out get. A word of caution to those contemplating sand-blasting. Any propane leaks combined with sparks will be a cause of great distress....

I've looked but I don't seem to find the info I need on my 91. I believe it came stock with LT215/85R16E tires. Anyone know if I can fit LT235/85R16E tires with out having clearance problems?
