Is this one of the fuel filters? I googled and I find that the primary is in the frame real with the pump and the secondary is in the engine bay.

Just wanted to report that it was in fact the circuit breaker for the compressor. I got a new 80A from ExtremeAire and installed. Good to go.

It does appear that the circuit breaker is for the compressor.

And the breaker likely mounts through these holes in the frame next to the solenoid.
