Would it be possible to enlarge the hole enough to make a brass bushing for the bolt to go thru?
That would last much longer and keep the bracket nice enough to just have to replace the bushing only...

I run 35x12.50 on 16 x 10. they stick out far, but that is the look I was after with a deep wheel offest. Very wide foot print when aired down. I'm also running a 6" U-Joint Offroad lift.

Coyote Flats is pretty nice outside of Bishop. Although it might possibly have snow still next month. This area is super cool, high elevation backwoods camping. Lots of hiking options out of there...

good stuff...I live about 10 minutes away from there. some nice hiking besides PCT if you look on the maps. sometimes there is enough snow to run my snowmobile over there.

I'm in the process of doing having mine done. The stock one needs to be taken to a radiator shop to be cleaned and dipped. After that it can be cut down and re-welded up.
I've seen several done...
