Has anyone had a SMB built but supplied some of the appliances, such as a tv or microwave, to Sportsmobile (instead of buying it through them)? Does this make any sense financially or is it not...

In searching for an empty Ford-E250 used cargo van I'm finding that most of them are smaller engines than the 5.4L that seems to be the minimum. If I look at a van visually, how can I confirm it is...
