After posting to RV ad sites, we have lowered it to $165,000 as that seemed like where most offers are coming in at. No one is local unfortunately, but hopefully some people will be looking at it...

If I only do one bike, I can use the regular bike rack without extension. With two, we have to use the extension as the handle bars kit tire/box.

Yes, sink functions great. The only thing not working on the whole rig is the dang outdoor shower. I've checked the hose, not clogged, and the fitting on the valve and hose appear to be fine as well....

Thanks, duly noted. We just looked at one for $130k. So, in that ballpark is doable, but we also looked at one for $70k we liked too. Just need the right fit really.
