Re: rear bench seat safety harness
Right now I am using the electric seat/bed that came with my van. No headrests but a very tall seat that works for a headrest for my smaller son. I do have shoulder belts for the two outboard...

Re: Future of Full Size ford Vans

Re: Future of Full Size ford Vans
If you stop and think about it for a second, the only reason why we have 4wd vans here is because after-market companies stepped in and filled the gap. It has nothing to do with Ford, they never ...

I'm curious about all these mounting systems. Are they not very noisy at highway speeds or is it not enough to worry about? Also down here in NM where shade is at a premium in the summer, I am...

Re: Top Heavy Question
The most interesting way I have seen this tested is to get a forklift and a big safety strap. Load the van up, lift it up with the forklift and keep lifting 'till it flops over the balance point onto...

Re: Building a platform for the bed - Hexcel?
Since they use nomex foam and aluminum sandwich for the floors of helicopters and commercial jets as well as load bearing panels for other structures, such as boats and cars I think your idea is an...

I bought an RB for the same reasons you are concerned and I am glad I did. On a recent Utah trip on a pretty tight and rough road down into the Maze I was scraping my receiver hitch pretty routinely...
