We sold the 4.6L after 6 months.
Now we have the 5.4L, and are very happy with it.

1) JC Whitney insulation. As mentioned, the 48' roll was ~ $200. And then they wanted an additional $200 for shipping. Back to luan and fiberglass...

It's a Fiberine, installed by Happy Vans in San Jose.
It's luan/foam/interior fabric, built out over the cargo interior. Dark Gray.

Yep, took pics tonight. I will upload them soon.
Tonight, we removed 3 windows, and replaced them with the tinted ones after cleaning the frames.

We got the two rear windows from salvage yards for $65 for TWO. The dealer will now only sell them in entire kits (including glass, seals, trim, latches) - for $240 EACH.
