Re: Building a Dual-Battery Box for an E350

Rob, most of the boxes we've seen are plastic boxes, or metal trays. He wants a metal box. He runs 3 commercial trucks and 3 vans for work, and all of their additional batteries are in metal boxes,...

Re: Backup Camera in Visor - Recs?

People, the discussion was NOT about the pros and cons of a backup camera.

Re: Beginning the Build...HighTop Done, new pics 8/12

The shrouds that are on the (formerly cargo) doors were installed by our van shop. There's a kit to fit the 92-current Ford E-150/250/350's, so he bought the shrouds, made the vinyl panels, and...

Re: Ford V8 or V10?

We've towed with both the 4.6L and 5.4L V8s.

We sold the 4.6L after 6 months.

Now we have the 5.4L, and are very happy with it.

Keep in mind that we're towing a double jetski trailer that...

Re: Beginning the Build...New pics added 7/29

Nope, a local shop is doing the interior vinyl panels for us, at the same time they added the high top for us.

For the floor, no plywood. We don't want to drill in the floor. :D

Our intent was...

Re: Backup Camera in Visor - Recs?

Update as promised:

We bought the camera and visor monitor from Visor-View.
