"Bilstein shock #'s are B461720HO front (cost $131.63) and BE5E074HO rear. (cost $136.80 each).
I do not know if they are the 5000 series...

We use the exact same setup and have for years. Along with the plastic bag, I also store it in a cardboard box that is just the right size. Cheap and easy and if you happen to lose it or run over it...
