Has the roof of these vans stayed the same throughout the years or have there been changes made? To clarify, I'm speaking of the roof as it comes from ford factory, not SMB's.

Probably already crossed your mind, but a form like that would be pretty simple to make a mold and fiberglass exactly what you want.
