If the front axle has unit bearing hubs I'm guessing a new set will have the 8 on 170 stud spacing. I think that would be an easy fix. I'm sure I will be corrected if I'm wrong.

I picked up a 1999 E350 ambulance with the 7.3 with only 62000 miles for 6500.00. It's not a 4x4 but it's a good starting point for a cool rig.

I am not 100% sure but I think the chosen one some how
fits the stock brake calipers to whatever mystery axle you
wind up getting. The rotors can be anyones guess.
