By the time I got my van back, almost two months have past and it was to late to return the base. Now I'm waiting for winter to pass so I can start work on it again.

Checking DiscountVanTruck.com, I ordered the wrong base. I needed the OEM and ordered the aftermarket. I will have to make an adapter that raises it 2" and bolts to the seat. :a6:

This is the guy who sold me the van. I took it back to him, when the other mechanic said the tranmission needed to be replaced. I had it for only 3 weeks and 500 miles. He earned my trust...

Well its over as quickly as it started. The transmission is shot and needs to be replaced. I'm out $1400.00 to find out I need to spend another $3000.00 to get it fixed.

Not sure how to do the walls yet. Lots of detail doing the floors, but not much on the walls. I read that Reflectix need a ¼ to ½ air gap to work best. May glue in ¼ plywood strips every two feet...

Thanks, I plan to use the foil-backed foam board on my walls anyway. I didn'y know if it was strong enough for the compression to hold the windows.
