There is no propane heat. The van sleeps quite warm down to the just-below-freezing temps we have here in AZ. I couldn't say about colder than that. 6 footers will be hunched in the van and...

Yes, it did at one point have a third chair, actually a motorized "Turny" chair, for a previous owner's wheelchair-bound daughter. This was removed by the immediate previous owner.
