I'm gettin 12-15 mpg on my 2001 E250 (5.4L gas) with a high-top camper conversion. Not bad, my only complaint with the motor is the spark plug coils, they keep burning out. The coils aren't...

Shift kits
Can anyone recommend a good shift kit for my 2001 E-250???? I have the 5.4 Triton gas motor and the 4R100 transmission (I think). I do a fare amount of light to medium towing (3000-6000lb trailers)...
