You can buy the frame from sportsmoblie with hinges and build your own cabinet around it. Then mount it so it swings in and barely touches floor when door is closed for more support

1. Remove master cylinder and vacuum booster
2. make templater for hydroboost threaded...

I just replaced Vacuum booster with a Hydroboost unit on an older 1990 E350 4x4 van ...and I must say my brakes feel completely different much better than they ever have....

Not a big deal to...

I converted my 1990 E350 from slider to barn doors....doors fit opening no problem...cut out slider mechanism on top....cut out slider mechanism on bottom with sawmill.....make door hinge backing...

Hello all,

I just put an Redhead steering unit on my 1990 van...Holy Moly...what a difference it made...completely tightened steering up better than its ever been and I had put on a new Ford unit...

JEDSLED traveling will have to wait until I get home in a month or so.....did just put a hydroboost system on it before I left....didn't get to test it yet though! also put a red box steering...

Thanks good info...I pulled the unit...Im sure a previous owner installed it...it was on a 1978 E250......so its going to save me a lot of investigative hassle...i pulled the hydroboost/master...

I've got a 1990 E350 7.3 IdI E4OD 4;10 gears...was 3:55...which were too tall with 33" tires...like the 4:10's better....GV would be great for gear splitting between 1-2-3.....with 3:55 if I was...

You are in luck...it appears you want to do this fairly cheap....I have a Dana 44HD 8 Lug 3.55 geared axle that came out of my 1990 E350 Quigley van. It is complete with brakes/rotors and 4 link...
